At Pins & Aces, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If your new apparel or accessories don't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal to ensure trackable and secure transit.
Package Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, and securely tape the prepaid label to the outside of the box.
Ship and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
